As COVID-19 is still on the radar, we want to continue to strengthen our protocols to ensure the utmost safety for your family and our community. Please complete the form   in the event your child is dropping into our facility, or enrolled in our Half Day Programs and were out due to illness.  

Note that  temperatures are checked at arrival. Masks are encouraged.
