Meet Our Staff
Hello Parents!
Here are the individuals behind the scenes who ensure that each of your childcare needs are met! We find fulfillment in helping others, especially parents, be worry free! Starting out, this business last year, we had no idea that God would allow our purpose in a family’s lives to go this far! Giving parents in the RDU and surrounding areas a needed service, where we think outside the box with activities during services and care deeply about a child's development! We value an open, personal relationship between us, our team of sitters, and parents who we serve, because as we are parents ourselves, we understand the security and sensitivity that stands between a parent and their child! To all our parents who have trusted in us to fulfill your needs, thank you for all your support! We look forward to continuing lasting relationships and meeting the childcare needs of many more parents!

I love working with children and youth! I began my childcare experience as a summer camp volunteer at the age of 16, in the following years I gained employment as a camp counselor, and have been working in various childcare roles since. I enjoy working with children and youth of all ages and abilities, but have a lot of childcare experience with individuals with various needs and/or exceptions including, but not limited to, attention deficit disorder, autism, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, and individuals that are hearing impaired, deaf and/or, hard of hearing. I have experience working with babies as young as 8 months, to children and/youth as old as 18.

Jessica Gosney
Occasional and Date Night Sitter & Driver

My name is Jessica and I am a full-time student at William Peace University. I am studying Psychology with plans of becoming a Psychologist after completing graduate school. I strive to stay connected within the community by volunteering and meeting new people! Family and church are very important to me as well as my dog. Most of my down time is spent doing crafts I find on Pinterest, anything outdoors, and with my dog of course! I began babysitting about 6 years ago while in high school and have loved working with kids ever since. I also have a seven year old sister who I have had the pleasure of helping raise and learned so much from. I look forward to meeting new families and kids!

Alleya Williams
Nanny & Driver
My name is Alleya Williams! I have my BA in psychology with a concentration in early child development and a BA in marketing with a focus in child behavior from App State. Currently am attending NC Central for my MBA.
I have been babysitting/nannying for about 15 years, with much experience for infants and toddler, and children with special needs. Even in my personal life, I love spending time with children. I have volunteered as tutor in local grade schools while in college. I still am a volunteer flute tutor at my old middle school during thier band camp. My favorite volunteer experience was partnering with a case worker whose focus was homeless children for 6 years. We worked together to access the current and long term needs of the child to create milestones for each child to reach. Frequently I would facilitate therapeutic play when the children were in groups. In addition, I volunteer to care for infants at my church so that parents can focus more on the sermon.
Overall I love to make learning fun and enjoyable for young minds. It gives me joy to think I am positively impacting the future in this small very significant way.
